Since 2016, THOR has been equipping cars with external sound systems and providing its customers with sounds recorded using patented technology from real engines of the coolest cars in the world.

Since 2020, the team has been releasing the AVAS system, which is designed to make electric transport safer. And for electric cars, the THOR AVAS team comes up with synthetic sounds that help pedestrians navigate and understand when an electric car is approaching. Such sounds are quieter compared to those presented by THOR Electronic Exhaust and help create a more acceptable acoustic atmosphere for more environmentally friendly urban development. The synthetic sound database includes Future Car, Millenium Rider (Bike), Pacifica (Scooter), OceanWave (Scooter), Stellar (Car) and others. The team creates sounds not only for electric cars, but also for electric mopeds, electric scooters and other electric vehicles.
