I’m on the hunt for my , the heartbeat of our office, the one who knows everyone, everything, and makes sure our reception (and listings!) are always on point.

Yes, the throne (ahem... reception desk) at Under One Roof Real Estate is officially waiting for YOU. 🪞✨

We’re hiring a “Reception cm Listing Coordinator”, someone who can greet clients like a pro, manage listings like a boss, and keep our office buzzing with good energy (and maybe a few fun stories too 😉).

Here’s what you’ll do:
🏠 Welcome clients with a smile that could sell a villa.
📞 Answer calls, schedule meetings, and keep our team organized.
💻 Upload and update property listings on Property Finder, Bayut & Dubizzle like a portal wizard.
📸 Coordinate with photographers and make sure our listings shine online.
📊 Support marketing with reports and keep all listings fresh and fabulous.

What we’re looking for:
✅ Previous Listing experience (Mandatory).
✅ Strong communication & organization skills.
✅ A multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
✅ A positive, friendly personality who loves people and details in equal measure.
