We require Enthusiastic, driven candidates to join our team as soon as possible. Will play a crucial role in generating revenue for the company by identifying sales opportunities and effectively communicating product or service benefits to potential clients.
Job Description:
• Cold calling customers from the data base we already have and converting them.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
• Answer customer questions and address any concerns they may have.
• Close sales deals and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
• Collaborate with the sales team to share market insights and contribute to sales strategies
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics
Requirements:
• Proven tele sales or sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales
targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to quickly grasp and communicate technical or complex product information.
• Tenacity and resilience to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
• Maintain and track New and existing client’s information.
• A customer-centric approach with a focus on building and maintaining strong customer relationships. Your future commissions will be based on that.
• Willingness to work collaboratively with the sales team and other departments.
Skills:
Fluency in multiple South Indian languages for reaching diverse customer segments.
