High-rise living doesn’t have to feel cold. In our latest project, we embraced Industrial Maximalism to create a home that feels like a private sanctuary above the city clouds. ☁️✨
Key Design Elements:
• The Scale: Double-height ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows flood the space with natural light, making the urban landscape our living wallpaper.
• The Palette: A sophisticated mix of raw concrete, warm oak millwork, and aged copper accents. We wanted materials that tell a story.
• The “Library” Wall: Custom floor-to-ceiling shelving with integrated rolling ladder access—because every book lover deserves a “Beauty and the Beast” moment in a modern setting. 📚🏗️
• Curated Soul: We integrated bold street-art-inspired pieces and iconic KAWS sculptures to give the space a playful, contemporary edge.
Pro-Tip for Lofts:
When you have this much vertical space, don’t be afraid to go big with your art and textures. Small furniture gets “lost”—think oversized modular seating and statement lighting to ground the room.
