Months of planning and with guests arriving from different parts of the world, every thing from logistics to on-ground ex*****on was managed carefully. What was experienced over four days was the result of intentional planning and coordination so that our client and her guests could simply show up and enjoy.

Our goal for this event was really simple;  to create an experience that felt seamless, thoughtful, and deeply enjoyable for everyone involved.

The celebrations truly came alive as the sun set! Featuring a curated Desert Safari experience, a traditional Arabian Dinner Feast, awesome fire performers, and Arabian dancers. 

This wasn’t just entertainment as usual, it was a great start to immerse guests who came in from different countries from the very first night. Because when Nigerians travel to celebrate, they deserve an experience that feels familiar, elevated, and effortless

We love the challenge of unique and unconventional spaces like art galleries. They can be a great fit for your event but only if planned right. 

The gallery’s white walls, which usually is minimalist and open, was transformed into deeper, richer tones that brought warmth and intimacy to the space.

Lighting, sound, event flow, and vendor coordination all played a part in turning a creative space into a venue fit for celebration.
