Here's how you can help your teen stop getting distracted while studying - Ask them to:⁣
⁣
1) Create a schedule. It should be in a [task | date | time] format, and should include break times.⁣
⁣
2) Silence their phone - or even switch it off and keep it in another room to minimize distractions.⁣
⁣
3) Only keep relevant internet tabs open and close all other tabs.⁣
⁣
4) An organized study space is ESSENTIAL! Clutter = Distractions.⁣
⁣
5) Study environment needs to be quiet and avoid noise as much as possible.⁣
⁣
6) Keep snacks and water near them when they are studying, so they don't have to get up time and again while studying.⁣
⁣
Follow these tips so you can help your teen study and excel at school and in life 😎⁣
