Grateful doesn’t even begin to describe how I feel for these incredible souls!
This morning, I had the honor of hosting my first free Chakra Alchemy Breathwork session on Kite Beach, right here in Dubai, joined by 12 amazing individuals.
As the sun rose, they trusted me to guide them through a transformative practice blending breathwork, hypnosis, visualization, affirmations, and movement. Together, we worked to ground their energy, release blockages, ignite creativity, find their voice, embrace love and self-expression, and deepen their connection to the divine power of the universe.
After just seven weeks in Dubai, I’m blown away by the beautiful and fast-growing community that’s forming around this work. I feel so blessed and deeply grateful for each and every one of you.

Each morning, monks walk barefoot through the streets, bowl in hand, embodying humility and trust. This ancient ritual, known as the alms round, is far more than a request for sustenance; it’s a profound spiritual exchange where both the giver and receiver find transformation.
For the monk, it’s a practice of renunciation, letting go of attachment and ego, cultivating gratitude for each offering, no matter how small. For the layperson, offering alms is a moment to practice generosity, detaching from material possession and connecting to something greater than oneself. Each gift symbolizes a commitment to compassion, unity, and mindfulness, a sacred exchange beyond words.
In this simple act, we’re reminded that true abundance lies not in what we hold onto but in what we freely give. As we walk through life, may we remember that our bowls are never truly empty, and our hands are never too full to give.

Have you ever heard of Japanese concept of Ikigai?
It weaves a path to purpose through five profound pillars:
1️⃣ Starting small → The universe in a grain of sand

3️⃣ Harmony and sustainability → The interconnectedness of all things
4️⃣ The joy of little things → Finding infinity in a moment

The first pillar resonates deeply, especially as I also live in the fast paced western world like most of you. By slowing down and immersing ourselves in life’s minute details, we unlock doors to vast realms of creativity and consciousness.
In the quiet spaces between breaths, in the deliberate savoring of experiences, we find not just memories, but the very essence of being. It’s here, in the unhurried exploration of the now, that we touch the timeless.
