Here is your tipid hacks and healthier version without Instant noodles..
Your 5 mins Home cooked noodles..
1st...
Check any meat lefties in your fridge
For me I have fried chicken breast and 2 fresh eggs, cabbage and leeks.
2nd...
Boiled water(for me I already boiled it from the kettle then pour it to the pot),add soysauce,black pepper powder,onion and garlic powder,1/4 shrimp cubes, 1 beaten egg,shredded left over chicken..(sesame oil optional)
3rd...
Add Odong Noodles (or any of your choice)
Add the veggies..
4th..
Once cooked scoop the noodles and put it to your bowl set aside then from the pot keep the soup boiling and drop the 2nd egg for your toppings..
5th...
Scoop the egg put it to the top of the noodles and add the remaining of the soup..
