Stuffed Potatoes & Artichoke Hearts In Tomato Sauce:
Ingredients-
Beef:
800g Ground Beef🥩
1 Chopped Onion
Handful Pin Seeds
1 Tsp 7 Spices
1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
1/2 Tsp Sumac
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
Salt🧂& Pepper To Taste
Tomato Sauce:
3 Blended Tomatoes🍅
2 Minced Garlic Gloves
2 Tbsp Tomato Paste
1 Bouillon Cube (I used Maggi Beef Cube)
1 Cup Water💦
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
Salt🧂& Pepper To Taste
1/2Kg Small Potatoes🥔
1/2Kg Artichoke Hearts
Butter For Coating
Potato Seasoning Of Your Choice
Instructions-
Peel potatoes & cut little from both bottom sides to have a flat base then hollow their insides
Melt butter in a bowl & add seasoning
Line potatoes on baking sheet & brush with seasoned butter
Bake for 10 minutes on each side in a preheated oven
Meanwhile, heat 2 tbsp olive oil & sauté garlic until fragrant then add tomato blend,tomato paste,bouillon cube, water, salt & pepper & simmer for 10 minutes over low heat then transfer to baking platter
In another pan, heat 2 tbsp olive oil then add onions & pine seeds & sauté until tender
Add meat, season with salt,pepper,cinnamon & 7 spices & cook well
Turn heat off & sprinkle sumac
Boil artichoke hearts is hot salted water for 10 minutes then drain
Stuff potatoes & artichokes with meat mixture & arrange in platter over tomato sauce
Cover with aluminum foil & bake in a preheated oven for 30 minutes or until they are cooked
Serve with vermicelli rice

Wondering what to have for dinner tonight? Try out this quick, easy & super tasty steak recipe🥩:
Ingredients-
500g Steak
1 Chopped Onion
Handful Chopped Fresh Mushrooms 🍄
1 Beef Bouillon(I used Maggi Beef Cube)
3 Rosemary Sprigs
Butter(lots of it😌)
Worcestershire Sauce
Pomegranate Molasses
Pinch of Cinnamon
Salt & Pepper to taste
Instructions-
In a heated pan, drop some butter & add onions, sprinkle salt & pepper & sauté
Add mushrooms, sprinkle some cinnamon & cook for 5 minutes
Move onions/mushrooms aside & add steak
Cook for 3-5 minutes on each side
Add beef bouillon, pomegranate molasses, Worcestershire sauce & rosemary sprigs
Cook until sauce thickens
Serve with mashed potatoe & steamed vegetables

Let’s Bake 🍪
Chocolate Sugar Cookies:
Ingredients-
2/3 Cup Granted Sugar
1 Tbsp Oil(Canola Or Light Olive Oil)
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 Tsp Salt🧂
1 Large Egg🥚
1/4 Cup Cornstarch
1/2 Cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder 🍫
1 1/4 Cup Flour(You may need up to 2 Cups)
1/2 Cup Cold Unsalted Butter
Icing & Confetti for Decoration🎊
Instructions-
Blend butter, oil, sugar, vanilla & salt until mixture is smooth
Add egg & mix until incorporated
Mix in cornstarch & cocoa powder
Gradually mix in flour until dough gathers itself into a ball & pulls away cleanly from sides of bowl
Preheat oven
Roll & cut dough using a cookie cutter
Place on baking sheet & bake for 9-12 minutes or until cookies look dry on the surface
Cool completely then decorate with icing & confetti
Voila!

Because happiness is the smell of freshly baked olive bread🥖 :
Ingredients-
3 1/4 Cups All Purpose Flour
1 Tbsp Sugar
1 Tbsp Active Dry Yeast
1/2 Cup Warm Water💧
1 Tsp Salt🧂
1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
1/2 Cup Yogurt
1/4 Cup Olive Oil
Handful Diced Olives
Handful of Fresh Thyme (Or Dried)
Instructions-
Mix:
1 Cup All Purpose Flour
1 Tbsp Active Dry Yeast
1 Tbsp Sugar
Half Cup Warm Water
Cover & set aside for 10 minutes
In another bowl, mix:
2 1/4 Cups All Purpose Flour
1 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
1/2 Cup Yogurt
1/4 Cup Olive Oil
Handful Diced Olives
Handful Fresh Thyme (Or Dry)
After 10 minutes, combine both mixtures Knead for 10 minutes to form a soft dough
Drizzle some olive oil in a pan
Divide dough into small buns & place in pan
Brush olive oil over surface of buns
Allow to rise for 1 hour
Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until buns are well browned

*Note that you should leave some space in the pan between the buns for them to rise
Best served with-
•Labneh Mix:
Mix-250g Labneh with:
1 Tsp Fresh Mint
1 Tsp Fresh Oregano
1 Tsp Basil
Pinch of Dried Mint
Olive Oil Drizzle
•Baked Feta Cheese:
Place feta cheese in a pan
Drizzle with Olive Oil
Sprinkle Fresh Or Dried Thyme
Add Cherry Tomatoes
Bake at 220 degrees until feta top becomes brownish

Little bit cheesy & a whole lot easy!
Try this delicious meatballs recipe:
Ingredients-
500g Ground Meat
1/4 Cup Breadcrumbs🥖
2 Tbsp Ketchup🍅
3 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 Tsp Salt🧂
1 Tsp Pepper
1.5 Chopped Onion
1 Minced Garlic
1.5 Cups Beef Stock
1/2 Cup Fresh Cream
2 Tbsp Flour
1/4 Cup Shredded Cheese🧀
1 Tbsp Chopped Parsley
2 Tbsp Olive Oil 1 Tbsp Butter
1 Tsp Smoked Paprika
3 Chopped Mushrooms(optional)🍄 Instructions-
For the Meatballs:
Add beef in a large bowl with breadcrumbs, 1 tbsp ketchup, 1/2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper,1/2 onion, parsley & cheese
Mix well & shape into meatballs
Cook meatballs in olive oil on all sides then set aside
For the Sauce:
In the same pan, add butter
Once melted, add 1 onion & mushrooms(optional)cook until soften
Add flour & garlic & fry for 1 minute
Slowly add beef stock & 2.5 tbsp Worcestershire sauce & cook until sauce thickens
Add cream, 1 tbsp ketchup & paprika
Season with salt & pepper
Add meatballs back to pan & let cook until fully coated in sauce
Best served with mashed potatoes or noodles & steamed vegetables

*Add more water or beef stock if sauce seemed too thick
