Where are you going? What vision do you have going forward for you and your company?

It takes the same amount of time to be average as it does to be excellent. You may believe that it will take too long to start realizing a desired vision in your mind, but time will pass regardless.
You're going to do something that will have ramifications in the next 12 months. Serious ramifications as what you do now dictates where you will be then. It is up to you whether you fill it with excellence or excuses, deliberate effort or autopilot routines.
It's not a matter of time. It does not take any more time to incorporate high standards into your life. It takes the same amount of time as low standards. The difference isn't in the amount of time it takes.
What makes a difference is what is produced over time. So, this week, you can either push yourself and your standards higher, or you can accept lower standards and emotional justifications.
They both require the same amount of time. Whatever you do, next Tuesday will arrive on time. It's not a matter of time. It is what you do with your time and how you use it.

This means, you may not be succeeding or experiencing mental difficulties like anxiety or depression. Mental toughness, grit. But this doesn’t mean you are destined to suffer. Our biology tells us how you perceive and approach your life is a choice and how events effect you.

Confidence, is a choice. An action. Act confident to be inspire and elicit confident. Find competence to be genuine.

Another nugget for this week is, the success you have in life is more to do with what you do when you don’t know things. How you react to not knowing things can be greater than what you do when you do know.

But, without being aware that you don’t know is the first level of learning.
