“I dig you” is an informal/slang expression that means “I like you”, “I understand you,” or “I appreciate you.”
It was especially popular in the 1960s–70s jazz and hippie culture, but people still use it today in a casual, friendly way.
Examples:
“You’re really funny, I dig you.” → I like you.
“Yeah, I dig what you’re saying.” → I understand/agree with you.
