Today, we launched the first training course for students from the Polytechnic Institute right here at our DevSoft Armenia office — and this is more than just a workshop.

It’s part of our long-term strategy: we believe in the power of local talent and in growing the IT industry right here in Armenia.
By partnering with universities, we’re building a bridge between theory and real-world practice — giving students the opportunity not just to learn, but to become a part of the DevSoft team.

🎓 Over the coming weeks, students will go through intensive training sessions, work on real tasks, and in the end — the best among them will receive an offer to join our team.

Your Role
We are looking for a skilled junior developer with strong C # knowledge to join our team. In this role, you will help develop new features and improve existing ones to make our products reliable, efficient, and easy to use. Our team values both independence and teamwork: while you’ll have the freedom to find the best solutions, we provide clear tasks and team guidance to support your work. This role is ideal if you want to work on meaningful projects while developing your skills in a friendly environment.

Not Just Legacy
Our codebase is large and established, so good skills in understanding complex code are important. But our platform is far from outdated. We constantly update it with the latest technology, including AI integration, DirectX rendering, a custom HTML/CSS engine, high DPI and per-monitor scaling, and support for the latest .NET versions. You’ll gain experience working with both proven and new technology. Our team will also help you learn best practices for working with complex code.

Requirements
Strong knowledge of C # and the .NET platform.
Ability to write clean, maintainable code that follows industry best practices and design patterns.
Familiarity with CI/CD and an understanding of how to write unit and integration tests.
Good debugging and problem-solving skills.
Hands-on commercial experience in C # development.
