One thing I’ve learned over the years is that healthy eating doesn’t have to mean giving up the foods you enjoy. Sometimes it’s simply finding a different way to get there.
This chocolate mousse satisfied my sweet cravings while packing in a surprising amount of protein. And yes, the secret ingredient is hard to boiled eggs.
I made it two ways
With heavy cream for a richer more decadent texture
With coconut water for a lighter, dairy free option

🍫 High-Protein Chocolate Mousse

4 room-temperature hard-boiled eggs
4 tablespoons cocoa powder
½ cup heavy cream or coconut water
¼ cup honey
2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Blend until completely smooth. Chill before serving for the best texture.

It’s a reminder that we can still enjoy the things we love. we just get a little smarter about how we do it.
