The last months I didn’t have so much time for my own projects and I was really craving for wide space to create.
So I came up with a SOUND•PASSANA

• 5 days
• no phone
• in silence
• only creating sound

Basically creating without distraction.
I did it last week and it was super interesting to witness:

• my blocks and the fear of emptiness. My mind wanted to know what I will do in the next 5 days. I notice that this fear is something that often keeps me away from creating music. But not having the usual distractions, like my phone, I noticed the feeling fades quite quickly and one thing leads to another.

• how long a day lasts, if I’m focused and not using my phone 🤪

• I finally was reading the manuals of my equipment, without this rush within me. Slowly getting to know my instruments feels very good.

• how amazing it feels to improvise. Really feels like swimming in another world. Even though it’s not always beautiful ;)

Ich liebe Musik - aber noch mehr liebe ich was Musik mit unserem Körper und unseren Emotionen macht. Wie bestimmte Klänge und Frequenzen Erinnerungen hochholen können die wir in unseren hintersten Stübchen versteckt haben und die Power hat uns mit unserem Innersten und uns miteinander zu verbinden.

Es ist ein Geschenk, das wir uns selber machen können - ein Raum indem wir nix anderes machen außer ganz genau zuhören und zu spüren was die Musik mit uns macht und was in uns passiert.
