**PLANT-BASED KAISERSCHMARRN**
I’m super excited to present my next recipe together with 🌱 Together we want to show you how to create more climate-friendly alternatives to your favourite traditional recipes. This time it’s the Kaiserschmarrn, a very fluffy pancake from Austria 😍
My version of the Kaiserschmarrn uses margarine, instead of butter, plant milk instead of normal milk and aquafaba (the water from chickpeas) instead of eggs😋 And it's just as tasty and delicious as the original AND the best thing about it: 🙌With inoqo we calculated that this plant-based recipe has ⅔ less C02 compared to the traditional Kaierscharrn 🙌
➡️For the full recipe check out my blog (link in bio).
Regarding inoqo: it's a sustainability app that empowers people to live more consciously. With the app you can simply scan your shopping receipts and within a day you receive information on the C02 impact of your purchases. Make sure to check them out ❤️
Would love to hear what you think both of the recipe as well as inoqo ❤️

**PLANT-BASED CARBONARA**
I’m super excited to announce the start of my partnership with , a sustainability app that empowers people to live more consciously 🌱 Together we want to show you how to create more climate-friendly alternatives to your favourite traditional recipes, starting with a delicious Pasta Carbonara 😍
This pasta is probably one of the recipes I’m proudest of - I think I’ve tested it 7 times already to create the perfect version for you and also askey my entire family for feedback - it’s sooo good, I still can’t believe it 😋 AND the best thing about it: With inoqo we calculated that you save ⅔ of C02 compared to the traditional Carbonara with eggs, pancetta and pecorino. 🙌
➡️For the full recipe check out my blog (link in bio).
Regarding inoqo, the app provides you with evidence-based information on the impact of your lifestyle. With the app you can simply scan your shopping receipts and within a day you receive information on the C02 impact of your purchases. I personally have been using inoqo for over a month now and I love it! 😍
Since the app is still in testing phase, they love to hear feedback! That’s why they gave me an access code for you, the Fran’s Future Kitchen Community. The app is available in Austria at the moment and the usage is free:) It would be amazing if you could help out inoqo, so we can all make our world more impact oriented. The access code is: fran4planet
Would love to hear what you think both of the recipe as well as inoqo ❤️
