What a journey so far! I blindly bought this book off of Amazon because I happen to enjoy the videos of a fellow hEDS, AuDHD friendly peeps sharing how life can be a hurdle and yet somehow we can all still bloom 🌸 beautifully and uniquely even though we have comorbidities! Give it a read if you haven't already! Also listen to Rox's music RøRY! It hits you where you don't expect and shows it's never too late to shine if you're being yourself.

She's done amazing work once again! Find a thing that sparks joy in your life. For me, it is the vibrant colours that I get to choose for myself to wear everyday!
