Hello Thursday!
Decided to show up at the gym this morning with an all black, sleek kinda look ๐
First stop, frothy cappuccino.
Iโm so proud of myself for making a new habit about 2 months ago.
For a couple of years, Daniel and I got into the habit of having a coffee first thing in the morning. Literally as soon as we woke up- it was coffee time.
For me personally, I found that coffee suppressed my appetite. This meant by breakfast time, I wasnโt even hungry.
I made the decision to change things up. Now, within 30mins of waking I have eaten my breakfast FIRST.
I wake up hungry now which is what I want.
Once Iโve eaten then I can enjoy my frothy cappuccino.
Itโs working well ๐๐ฝ

Deciding to address your own issues/problems is a magical moment.
After the decision, you feel empowered.
Amazingly, your problems havenโt changed in this moment of decision.
Your attitude has merely shifted.
It is this shift that makes all the difference.
Get uncomfortable, take the leap, do the work and life will be so much better ๐ซ
