🔧 Position Available:

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Perform hot/cold vulcanizing, mechanical fastening, and steel-cord/fabric repairs
✅ Assess conveyor wear, tracking issues, and belt damage
✅ Safely operate vulcanizing presses, winches, grinders, and stripping tools
✅ Assist with new conveyor belts, rubber lining, and pulley lagging
✅ Complete job reports, maintenance logs, and risk assessments
✅ Maintain clean tools and a safe, organized workspace
✅ Collaborate safely under site supervisors following strict OH&S protocols

Requirements:
✔ Cert III in Surface Extraction, Polymer Processing, or equivalent experience
✔ Proven track record in belt splicing, rubber lining, or heavy maintenance
✔ Proficient in belt tracking, hot/cold vulcanizing, and industrial tool usage
✔ Physically fit, able to lift heavy loads, and comfortable working at heights
✔ Comfortable working in confined spaces when required
✔ Good communication and teamwork skills
✔ Strict commitment to OH&S standards and mine site safety regulations
