When Bayley Stuart engaged PMG to transform the lobby at 628 Bourke Street, they sought to convert a cold, sterile thoroughfare into a high-performing asset activation hub.

Through layered interventions, including acoustic treatments, a flexible business centre with convertible meeting spaces, and custom integrated lighting, PMG reshaped the entire arrival experience without resorting to wasteful structural demolition.

Leasing traction increased immediately. Knight Frank property management expressed strong satisfaction with overwhelmingly positive client feedback.

The expansive layout in this conference room relies on a clean, architectural aesthetic that could easily create an echo chamber. To solve this, the space utilises Autex Acoustics Grid Ceiling Tiles to bring acoustic softness and visual rhythm overhead, absorbing sound transmission and creating a comfortable environment without requiring heavy partitions.
