Invisible Disabilities Week | October 18–24, 2026 🧡

This week is dedicated to raising awareness and understanding of invisible disabilities - conditions that aren’t immediately apparent but deeply affect daily life.

From chronic pain and fatigue to neurological conditions, PTSD, autism, and mental health challenges, many people live with disabilities that can’t be seen - but are very real.
Invisible Disabilities Week gives people the chance to be seen, heard, and supported.

👀 Look beyond appearances

Just because you can’t see a disability doesn’t mean it isn’t there.

Let’s come together to create a more understanding and inclusive world - where everyone’s struggles are acknowledged, and no one is left behind.

Join us for great coffee, new friendships, and fun social outings as we explore different coffee spots around Bendigo! ☕🫶

📅 When: Tuesdays & Thursdays
⏰ Time: 10:00 am – 12:00 pm
👥 Who: Adult participants of all genders
☕ Attend: One day or both!

Future sessions will also include opportunities to learn how to make your own coffees at the SASScare Head Office! 🙌
