Good morning from the desk at Embracing Wellness.
Winter 2026 has now fully arrived in Adelaide and we can choose to commit and embrace wellness opportunities and practices that truly can transform us all winter long.
One of the most powerful ways in attending to ourselves and optimum self-care is focusing on the Nervous System and really exploring the state of how regulated we truly feel or perhaps not?
In these modern times and so many digital platforms to be participating in we may not realise how detrimental this can be for our delicate nervous systems.
As I move along as a woman, mother and professional practitioner these conversations are coming up so very often, and I know for absolute sure it requires regular attention to care for.
Honouring your own honesty with yourself and self awareness is truly at the heart of transformation and change.
Burnout is a process not an event and we may need to do a complete audit in being faithful to ourselves and our true needs.
We may start with “ what activity was I doing or who was I with that my nervous system felt really calm?”
We are most at our best and we deeply know this, when we show up in the world with “Regenerative Presence “as opposed to “Regenerative Performance.”
