Caroline could have kept her thinking behind the doors of the corporate world where she spent years, and instead she chose to hand it to the women who need it most. Her Female Founders programs, her five years mentoring through Assisterhood, her work judging and guiding pre-accelerator programs, it all points the same direction. Toward women, every time.

Caroline powered the Beyond Borders Business of the Year Award at the Beam Awards 2026 in Melbourne, standing behind founders who took their Australian businesses out into the world. I love that pairing. Caroline's whole life's work is about helping people see past what they thought was the edge, and there is no braver version of that than a founder who refused to let a border define her ambition.
