Before the Great Endeavour Rally and Endeavour Lotteries, there were 🎉 Tiny Tots, 👰 Bride of the Year and 🎀 Badge Days.

For 75 years, generations of supporters have rolled up their sleeves to help create more opportunities for people with intellectual disability.

From children proudly wearing Tiny Tots sashes to brides stepping back into their wedding dresses for a good cause, every fundraiser has helped shape the Endeavour Foundation we know today.

That community spirit continues to make a difference. Today, Endeavour Foundation employs more than 1700 people with intellectual disability, supports 500-plus people through modern homes and delivers community programs and services to thousands more.

As we celebrate 75 years of people, purpose and progress, we're proud to honour everyone who has helped drive the power of inclusion.

A great job is one where you never stop learning. 👏

Since joining Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) in November last year, Tim has grown from completing basic e-waste tasks to taking on a more skilled role with Odin E Waste in Victoria.

With ongoing support from our employment team, Tim has built the confidence to identify different materials, decide what can be recycled or reused and independently sort complex e-waste. His employer has seen firsthand just how much his skills and confidence have grown.

As Tim says:
"It's really good being able to do different things instead of just sorting cables."

Every new skill Tim has learned has opened the door to greater independence and a bigger contribution to his workplace.

Where's your tote bag? ☕🛍️

George, Sharnie, Sam and Isaac from our Bowen Hills Learning and Lifestyle Hub in Brisbane had a great time celebrating National Workplace Giving Month with a visit to their local Coffee café.

A huge thank you to Merlo Coffee for the awesome tote bags gifted to Endeavour Foundation team members who are part of our Workplace Giving program.

Every workplace gift, no matter the size, helps fund vital programs that aren't covered by the NDIS, creating more opportunities for people with intellectual disability to thrive.
