The wine was “wine-ing”… 🍷
Today was all about “wine-ing” down for our last day in Brisbane. We went wine tasting to The Queensland Wine Centre and to Witches Falls Winery and Cellar Door.
The Queensland Wine Centre offers the greatest range of local Queensland wines and is located in the Gold Coast Hinterland tourist area of Mount Tamborine.
At Witches Falls Winery, you can expect to find one of Queensland’s largest wine producers. Of all the wineries and cellar doors on the Gold Coast, Witches Falls is the only one that actually produces and bottles all of their wines and products on site. What’s really cool about their process is that it starts from wild fermentation (natural yeasts ferment the grapes).
It was a great day visiting the Australian winelands. Now on to the next adventure…
