Bracing and Roof stage completed Friday.
Next week , windows doors and exterior cladding.
The septic tank and AES system was also installed.

Our client in Bayview Heights lives out of town. The house will be their retirement home. We have just finished upgrading the En-suite with major renovations. The floor was completely removed to facilitate a linear drain and step free entries. Walls were moved and all the plumbing replaced in a different layout, including the addition of a freestanding bath.
This renovation turned out beautiful.
