I’d say it’s more like a circle or a gathering this meeting we will have. This isn’t another information thing that you have to keep up with. This is about connection and a live practice. There will be a replay for a limited time.
I have enough abandoned courses and incomplete projects myself. This is something I intend to expand the space and hopefully clear some tabs for you.
The following day after tuning into the live and setting intentions, there is an invitation to lean into the space, with a free notebook for a self study on the process. Taking stock the night before and reflecting the next evening.
There are plenty of tech wizards and gurus out there, books and all telling about how dangerous for our brain, nervous system, health and quality of life and the freaking environment 🌍 😩 . I KNOW, YOU KNOW, WE KNOW. It’s just time to take a beat, a pause. And I get how impossible it feels to step away. To resist urges order another book, quickly google another thing, or sign up for another course lol. Where does this constant seeking come from? Time to have a look.

I mean its totally clear that unbounded screen use can have a negative impact on our quality of life. We all know it. 😶🌫️Guilt and shame aren’t the way to transform our relationships with technology. Or wishing we could be in the 90s! Approaching this with kindness and curiosity is they way 💗

Followed a whisper to hold a 40 Day Kirtan Container in the lead up to my 40th. The sound chanted “Sa Ta Na Ma” is said to be so primal that its impact on your psyche is like splitting an atom and accessed the part of the mind at the level needed to liberate oneself from habits and addictions. It’s the kriya for evolutionary change and practicing 40 Days breaks habitual thinking and rewired the subconscious.
I’d originally learned this from last year and I loved how gentle and soothing it felt! I’ve been practicing lots of kundalini yoga over the years but never formally trained in it so felt a little bit wary of holding this but I still showed up everyday and loved the accountability of the group.
Oh and this was alongside an F45 challenge too where I was focusing on building strength and muscle, which I did!
And then came along some amazing medicine in the form of plants and another from a friend or acting a healing modality she learned which all came together on 11/11 after my 2nd 30 minute practice. ✨
Really feeling the steps towards honouring the final chapter of my 30s ❤️🔥
This Kriya definitely shifted some pieces for me. It’s legit and even scientifically backed with research showing it to be an effective tool in bolstering cognitive function and even reducing memory loss in older adults. 🤌
I was considering going to 120 days but it became clunky after day 40, my birthday and it felt complete for now.
