We have been a little quiet of late. So if you have a piece of equipment that needs some love let us know.
Here is a wet polisher we did a water feed upgrade to.

When a pneumatic safety stop valve doesn't work due to lack of inspection.

Shut down maintenance for a company with some Graco pumps in Newcastle.

We are pumped to provide this service and support for our clients.

Well we had a full resto with this Gison 7" wet polisher. We removed the old hard line water feed that was leaking from every spot possible.
Replaced it with new replaceable fittings and a visible feed line, with new bearings Blades and a new cylinder in now hums like a brand new unit.
We also had a Graco Airless 1095pc come in that had some issues. With David's back ground in Graco units this will be back to the customer in no time.

Something a little different for one of our customers! They had a manual winch for hauling a 1200kg machine frame on small castors. We upgraded the castors on the machine frame to 300mm 400kg solids and deleted the manual winch. Reinforced the winch mount with support bars and added a battery tray. Added the 3000lb Carbon Offroad atv winch and Lion Batteries Marine AGM battery.
In doing this we also clearanced the tool box so the lid could open fully and relocated the spare wheel.
This is a great wee set up and customer was wrapped.

Well we have had a little bit going on in the shed this past week. This Shinano wet saw and Polisher where in for some maintenance as they were operating poorly. With some new bearings and some lubrication, both where returned back to the client for immediate work.
