1. As weather is getting warmer, appreciate plentiful of icepacks is prepared inside your esky 🙏 Preferably gel icepacks.

Just a reminder next week (Wk 37) menu was published last week - and we have extended the order closing time till tomorrow Sat, 9th Sept 11pm.

And GOOD news!!! We are opening up N.O.R next week!!
So the following applies for both N.O.R & S.O.R region:

Delivery time : Tues & Thurs (between 1-5pm)
Delivery fees : $8 per trip

Note we have made some changes to our existing coverage in alignment with our current operations. Delivery location is still subject to acceptance - kindly check prior to place order)

⚠️TheShepherds_Kitchen Catering Rules 101⚠️

Doing this post for all of our customers as a kind reminder 😎

All meals prepared by us are chilled prior to delivery for safety & health reasons. It is imperative that you prepare these equipment regardless whether you are at home/not at home:

💁‍♀️ Appropriate size esky / Styrofoam cooler box
✅️As our meals are packed stacked, depending the volume of your order - it is preferably to prepare a 25L capacity MIN size esky to contain the food you ordered, with icepacks in it.
❎️With spring/summer around the corner, try to avoid cooler bags as they don't quite retain the cold temperature to keep your food safe, unless you have 3 or 4 heavy duty icepacks inside.

💁‍♀️Heavy Duty Icepacks
✅️Type: Gel based icepacks preferred. They don't melt as fast as the water based ones.
✅️Size: Big ones 😂
✅️Qty: MIN 2 pc. So they keep each other 'cold' & don't melt as fast.
❎️We don't recommend water based icepacks especially if you are not home the whole day. They melt prob within 2 hours when sun is up..
❎️Kids lunchbox icepack is not preferred too :p

All deliveries moving forward will be a drop off basis, therefore appreciate esky/cooler box/icepacks are in place 🙏

Feels like this is long time coming...but we made it back !!

We are taking a step-by-step approach as we return, so menu launched for Week 36 & Week 37 will only be applicable for S.O.R customers only 😎

S.O.R Delivery time : Tues & Thurs (between 1-4pm)

⚠️Note: Please take note of the closing date on the pricing menu. Any orders after closing date will not be accepted.

As for N.O.R customers, kindly bear with us till we are able to streamline our internal operations. We hope to resume this region in few weeks time. Keep a close eye in this space for update:)

There are few changes in the coming weeks as we roll out our catering ops, appreciate all bearing with us.
