Coastal Paths Transformational Journey | 11–13 September
A journey along the stunning Yuraygir Coastal Walk (near Yamba, NSW) with wild beaches, rocky headlands and coastal heathlands bursting with wildflowers, with the chance to spot whales returning south with their calves.
A Nature Ritual journey weaving together guided hiking (day pack), yoga, meditation, women’s circle and deep nature connection.
Accommodation, nourishing meals, track transfers & guided hiking included
Already half full - small group, limited places.
Most women come solo and are aged 35–70 years young.

There’s a kind of tired that sleep doesn’t fix.
Not the kind a night off can solve but the deeper kind that piles up when you’ve been going and going for too long. Life gets busy. I’ve been noticing more and more women craving a proper break lately. Not a packed weekend or packed holiday… but time in nature, space to breathe, permission to just be and a few days where nothing is required of you (and all the cooking is done for you!).
That’s why I’ve created three women’s hiking retreats this spring. Different levels, same intention: to slow down, reconnect, and reset in nature.
