Chevy 2500 Build!!
We had the pleasure of completing this build for a very valued customer👇
The build sheet was as follows,
🪛Mine bar & Low profile beacon.
🪛Work lights.
🪛Celfi-GO.
🪛Mine radio.
🪛Custom Lithium dual battery set up.
🪛Replacement Titan main fuel tank.

💥This truck presented us with a challenging task due to the minimal space and availability of aftermarket switches + space on the dash to put them.
With the dash fully removed we could see what we were working with,
as the OEM rear tray light feature wasn’t being utilised, this was now the work lights switch. The beacon and spotlight switches were then mounted into the only available blank in the dash using these neat little low profile stainless push button switches.
Mine radio and celfi units where mounted under the passenger seat with both antennas mounted on the tabs off the ROPS under the mine bar.
Even though this truck has a dual battery under bonnet setup from factory, we still felt there was a need for an additional battery, separate to the OEM.
The custom lithium dual battery system was designed and built in house to suit this vehicle and fits into the side under tray toolbox. All the additional accessories, along with beacon and work lights are power from this battery, we also routed power into the cab utilising the OEM CIG connector in the centre console for fridge/accessory power.
We also completed the install of the aftermarket main fuel tank.

There will be a few more additions coming not too far into the future so stay tuned but for now it is off to work for this beauty👌
