it has been a busy few months leading up to Christmas, with no indication of slowing down.
I wanted to share an update on a small project we recently executed for our client in the Bowen basin. The scope of work for this project included reclaiming the Boom Ear bore and circlip grooves to OEM specifications, and installing new bearing and circlips. Additionally, while we were on site, our client requested assistance with lineboring Chassis Pivot Bores on a 793 Dump truck.
We cover all of Queensland as a locally owned and operated business that specialises in onsite precision machining and is situated in Central and North Queensland.

On-site repair work has been successfully completed for a valued client.
The repair scope encompassed lineboring and the installation of OEM bushes on a Liebherr 9800 stick to shift lever bores. The client executed the removal and replacement of the LHS ear. Subsequently, our team conducted alignment checks to verify that all components were correctly aligned. Subsequently, the team proceeded to machine the bores and faces in accordance with OEM specifications.

We have been quiet on social media lately because our current workload but below is an overview of a recent project completed.
We successfully wrapped up an awesome breakdown repair on a P&H 4100XPB electric rope shovel down in the southern end of the Bowen Basin. I am incredibly proud of the team for getting this done! This operation allowed us to machine Shippershaft bores perfectly aligned with OEM specifications. It was exciting to see everything come together. We worked around the clock and wrapped it up in just two days for an amazing client.

Recently completed work for one of our important clients on a Marion 8050 Dragline outage.
Assigned the responsibility of line boring two new final drive pinion gear cassettes, deck lugs, propel bores, intermediate drag pedestal bore, intermediate drag pedestal dowel holes, and intermediate hoist pedestal dowel holes to return them to OME specifications and install propel bushes.
Quick turnaround, with everything completed in under ten shifts.
