For the past 15 years, I have been meditating daily: mostly at dawn, just before or after sunrise and often in the evenings. One of the most powerful meditation practices, I am practicing every morning, no matter how little or no time I have is meditation on the chakras. it allows you to cleanse, balance and restore your energy centers: and to move through your day with a sense of harmony and inner power 💫
