Let's pause, breathe and notice, so we can respond more mindfully.
One of the most satisfying feelings is the feeling of making progress. I'm looking at what is going to serve me in the long term, despite hiccups, trusting I will see progress.
Having a calendar for habits is a simple way to measure your progress by crossing off each day and looking back. It provides clear evidence of your progress.
If you miss a day that's okay, stick to the rule: don't miss twice. If you miss one day try to get back on as quickly as possible. We all know life happens and no one is perfect.
Remember you can change what you focus on and what aligns with your values to build who you want to be and feel.
After completing the 28 day challenge yesterday, this month I am being conscious of my mindset, daily habits and understanding myself by knowing where I am limiting my progress in my comfort zone.
