Recently we spoke about the ‘App Blitz’ process here at CoDesign Apps, where we argue, it is possible to demo the viability of a solution, with only two days of real implementation work.

We are here to help. Introducing the ‘App Sprint’ process here at CoDesign Apps.

This is how it works:

1. You clearly define the complete problem space you are dealing with

2. Together we identify and confirm which key sub-problems when solved, will lead to a successful overall solution

3. We break each sub-problem into its own ‘App Blitz’ session (this time sub-sessions may not always take two days each)

4. For each sub-problem

a) You can provide us with the exact data parameters that we need to work with and manipulate

b) The data is accurate and of high quality

c) You can clearly explain, what output is expected for each use case and why

In the agreed timeframe, we will develop the data models, screen interfaces and demonstrate the solution to you.

If at any point in time it turns out that the chosen direction will not work, it is ok to pause and think, before continuing.

With the right approach, we believe any problem can be solved, with high productivity and good handle on the overall cost.
