Thrilled to see Project Rose Bay featured in . A captivating masterpiece delivered by team Avid, this extraordinary residence embodies a fusion of Spanish Colonial architecture, infusing elements of Mediterranean design.

A project that demanded the highest level of precision and craftsmanship. Working with some of the best in the business, this custom residence encompasses an array of intricate details and bespoke elements.

Highly detailed joinery, application of micro-cement finishes to wet area walls, cabinetry door embellished with wallpaper, and the precise arrangement of feature tiles across main floors and bathrooms underscore some of the project’s highlights.

The successful delivery of this ambitious project required extensive collaboration among all stakeholders involved — the client, designer, architect and our trade partners.

A culmination of creativity, craftsmanship, and meticulous attention to detail has resulted in a truly exceptional outcome that we’re incredibly proud of.

The BTS grind is often overlooked. And the devil is always in the detail. So let’s pause for a minute..

With building practices a priority, these century old sandstone bricks were salvaged from the original cottage fireplace.

Brick by brick, they were gently removed, each individually hand-cleaned with a soft wire brush to be repurposed.

They now live on as a dramatic, historic exposed-brick feature wall in this Japanese maple-lined courtyard, and also as a barbecue pedestal. Because let’s face it, every BBQ needs a worthy pedestal 😉♨️♻️
