We must always remember, someone's opinion of you must never become your reality.

I want to normalise that we have great days, mediocre days, and at our worst, really bad days as we move through the year.

We may, on one of those absolutely bad days, help someone build a negative opinion of us. They may also share that opinion with others. But that doesn't mean this is who we actually are. Like a snap shot from your phone or a voice note we send to others in messages, it's just a moment. A moment that can be misconstrued without context, with all judgement and no proper understanding.

Rather than watch or ride the emotional train of a person at their worst, slow things down for them and help them breath. It takes 5 minutes and sometimes even less than that.

Understanding each other is the key to living happily together, we all have quirks and weirdness, but until we are given an open space to share these with others, we'll all just be awkwardly weird against each other, rather than with each other...I know i'd prefer the latter...wouldn't you?
