The Full Moon in Capricorn reminds us that success isn’t measured by how much we achieve, but by how deeply our lives reflect our values.
With the Sun in Cancer opposite the Moon in Capricorn, we’re invited to balance ambition with wellbeing, discipline with self-care, and the life we’re building with the life we truly want to live.
Capricorn is often known as the mountain climber of the zodiac, but its greatest lesson is devotion. Lasting success isn’t built overnight. It’s built through patience, resilience, integrity, and the quiet commitment to keep showing up, one intentional step at a time.
As this Full Moon illuminates the foundations of your life, take a moment to reflect.
- What am I working towards?
• Does my definition of success still feel true?
• What foundations am I building?
This is a powerful time to let go of perfectionism, burnout, and the need to constantly prove yourself.
Instead, choose self-trust, healthy boundaries, and a vision that honours both your purpose and your peace.
Remember, the future isn’t built in one extraordinary moment. It’s built through the choices we make every day.

Why was cacao once called the “Food of the Gods”?
Long before cacao became the chocolate we know today, it was revered by the ancient Maya and Aztec civilizations as one of nature’s most sacred plants.
Its botanical name, Theobroma cacao, literally translates to “Food of the Gods.”
Rich in naturally occurring compounds such as theobromine, magnesium, antioxidants, and mood-supporting nutrients, cacao has been traditionally enjoyed to nourish both body and mind.
For centuries, it has been used in ceremony, community gatherings, and daily rituals to foster connection, presence, and gratitude.
Our Sacred Wild Crafted Cacao supports over 350 Ashaninka families…the guardians of the rainforest 🌿
To choose wild-crafted cacao is to choose more than quality…
It is to honour the hands that tend it, the forests that protect it, and the wisdom it carries.

Who gets to decide the future of cacao?
This conversation around gene-edited cacao raises a much bigger question about our relationship with nature.
For thousands of years, cacao has evolved alongside the forests, insects, animals and Indigenous communities that have protected it. It is a living ecosystem, not just a commodity.
At Sacred, this is why we have chosen a different path.
Our cacao is not grown on large-scale monoculture plantations. It is wild-crafted by Ashaninka families deep in the Peruvian Amazon, growing naturally beneath the rainforest canopy in a diverse ecosystem.
No rows. No clearing of rainforest. No intensive farming.
Just cacao growing as nature intended.
While technology may have a role in helping agriculture overcome challenges like disease and climate change, we believe the answers should also include protecting biodiversity, preserving ancient wisdom, and supporting the communities who have lived in harmony with these ecosystems for generations.
Because the future of cacao should not only be about producing more. It should be about protecting what makes cacao truly special.
From the rainforest. For the rainforest. 🌿🤎

Join us this Saturday for a day of cacao, dance and connection as we welcome MOSE and friends to Flow & Feast UK! 🇬🇧
Fresh off his US tour, MOSE brings his signature sound, blending rhythm, movement and energy into an experience that goes far beyond music.
Joined by Australia’s own Murray Kyle and Koda Sounds, we come together for our very first Flow & Feast, set poolside in the gardens of The Red House, Kent.
🌿 THE CACAO CEREMONY
We begin at 11am with a guided cacao ceremony by Daniel Koch from Sacred Taste Ceremonial Cacao. A moment to slow down, open our hearts and set intentions for the day ahead. Working with wild-crafted ceremonial cacao from the Amazon, we create a shared space of deep gratitude and connection.
✨ THE FLOW
From here, we move into guided dance with Mose starting gently and building into an expansive, heart-opening journey through movement and rhythm. Accompanied by sacred song holder Murray Kyle, lifting our energy and elevating the space.
🍽 THE FEAST
After the dance, we gather to share a nourishing feast. Simple, vibrant food designed to bring us back into connection, with ourselves and each other.
🎶 CLOSING SOUND BATH
We close with a restorative sound journey. A space to soften, integrate and land.
This is more than an event… It’s a journey.
A celebration of something ancient and deeply human.
