Woolies cake mix + Coke = a cupcake that tastes exactly like vanilla Coke, which is great if you're a cupcake that wants to be a drink. I am not.

Happy Mother’s Day to all the beautiful mums, grandmothers, aunties, mother figures, mums-to-be, and to those carrying the ache of missing their mum today. 🤍

Motherhood comes in so many forms, but at the heart of it all is love — the kind that gives endlessly, nurtures quietly, sacrifices daily, and expects nothing in return.

Becoming a mum has been the most life-changing and fulfilling chapter of my life. Yes, it’s exhausting, overwhelming and messy at times… but it’s also the purest kind of joy I’ve ever known. The cuddles, the little hands reaching for you, the feeling of being someone’s safe place — nothing compares.

And watching my own mum love my son the way she once loved me is something I cherish more than words can explain. A reminder that a mother’s love never stops, it simply grows through generations.

Today is a celebration of all the women who love, nurture, guide and hold families together in ways the world often doesn’t see.

Because truthfully, motherhood deserves to be celebrated every single day — not just today. ✨🤍
