Our recent Sparkways Professional Development Days brought educators together from across our services to connect, reflect and grow together.

Across the sessions, teams explored the power of routines, rituals, relationships and intentional practice — and the important role educators play in shaping children’s everyday experiences of belonging, confidence and joy.
