About me, apology and a welcome

JB here, rare post directly from myself, for all customers that have helped me grow my business over the years will also (i hope) know me enough to know social media is not my strong point, I wish it was
I’ll stick to what I know…..a little about me
Originally a Landscaper by trade, given the amazing opportunity to secure on a trial period a position to develop from a landscaper to pool construction by Timeless Pools in 2005
As a 25 year old Rob Hanke of Timeless Pools took me on, teaching me all aspects of pool building and further developing my landscaping skills focusing on pool construction from A to B, encouraging me to stay in Australia and develop a career in the pool industry
21 years on I’m now feeling very old lol 🤦🏻‍♂️ but so comfortable with the knowledge I have gained, construction through to the chemical balance of a Pool brings me great confidence and as a result satisfaction with what I do, however I am so grateful that there’s still so much to learn
Over the years I have seen many changes within the industry, in someways the pool industry has been faster developing than myself lol, however the products available now for swimming pools are better than ever so I’m looking forward to the future

Now for the apology
For all my loyal customers that have stood by me for 7 years in Hurstbridge I am hand on heart so sorry we had to move on
Hurstbridge shop has given me so many loyal regular customers which I will always be so grateful for
Unfortunately I could not keep funding the shop 😢however we are still servicing Hurstbridge and surrounds as a on site service with Wylie and myself keeping that old fashioned service alive
If you can make the journey to Rosanna we welcome you with open arms 🤗

NEW HOURS (Winter Only) :

Thursday - 9am to 5pm;
Friday - 9am to 5pm;
Saturday - 9am to 5pm;

We know it's a bit of a drive for our loyal customer base but we would love to see you.

If you reside in the Rosanna vicinity , come in and say hello. We would love to talk to you about all your pool & spa needs.

Don't forget your pool this Autumn & Winter !! . Heavy or consistent rain can dilute your pool which may cause the water to become unbalanced and Algae to start to grow.

Still test your water on a regular basis (ie at least monthly). Come in and see us , we are always happy to help keep your pool water balanced during the cooler months of the year.
