Golden light, soft shadows—this is Evening Colours, Macedon Ranges by Jennifer White.

Painted in oil on board, this piece captures that fleeting magic of late afternoon when the sky glows and the landscape breathes.

The warm tones over the fields and distant ridges evoke calm, nostalgia, and the gentle hush before dusk.

Perfect to hang in your home or office — to bring in light, serenity, and a moment of pause each day.

Available now at The McCorry Collection.

✨ Iconic and Rare ✨

We’re honoured to present “Possum Dreaming” by Long Jack Phillipus Tjakamarra (1935–2020), a founding member of the Papunya Tula Artists and one of the most respected figures in the Western Desert art movement.

Long Jack’s early works played a pivotal role in ushering Aboriginal art onto the world stage, expanding recognition of Dreaming stories like the Honey Ant Dreaming.

His paintings carry deep cultural significance — preserving ancestral traditions while resonating with contemporary audiences.

This rare piece is a powerful example of his artistry, with striking detail, rhythm, and spiritual depth woven into every dot.

A truly iconic work for serious collectors of Aboriginal art.

Available now through The McCorry Collection.

✨ Anne Hall (Australian, 1945– ) ✨

Bold, imaginative, and unapologetically expressive — Anne Hall’s Abstract N**e (1977) embodies the raw energy and feminine voice she brought to Australian modernism.

Working alongside contemporaries such as Joy Hester and Mirka Mora, Hall carved out her place in a male-dominated art world through her highly imaginative, figurative expressionism. Her work has been exhibited widely across Melbourne, Sydney, Canberra and Adelaide, and is held in major public collections including the National Gallery of Australia and the Geelong Gallery.

This pastel on paper radiates intensity and personality, revealing Hall’s signature style: “highly imaginative and strong in observation of character and understanding of distortion.”
