Being in a deficit or making healthier choices doesn’t always mean having to completely change the meal. Sometimes it can mean changing brands or slightly changing the items in the meal.
Simply swapping a coke can to a no sugar coke can is much healthier but also a lot less calories allowing you to stick to your deficit easier.
