ARRIVING IN TOWN – TRUCKS

The Alexandra Truck, Ute & Rod Show is renowned for the outstanding trucks that roll into town each year. The pride, dedication and attention to detail shown by owners is what makes this event such a spectacular display.

Thank you for joining us again in 2026. Please take note of the arrival, queuing and parking information below to help ensure a smooth experience for everyone.

Parking & Registration

All trucks displayed within the Show Precinct must be registered prior to parking.

Online Registration (Preferred)
We encourage all entrants to register online before arriving. Online registrations will remain open until 6:00pm on Saturday 6 June 2026.

On the Day Registration
If you haven’t registered online, registrations can be completed on arrival. Our friendly volunteers will assist you through the process before directing you to your parking location.

Judging category selections will be completed as part of your registration. Your entry fee covers participation in judging, with no additional fees payable.

Queue for Parking

Parking within the Show Precinct will commence from 6:00am on Sunday morning.

To assist with efficient vehicle placement, trucks are welcome to join the queue prior to this time. On the day registrations and payments will commence well before parking begins to ensure a seamless experience for all entrants.

The truck queue will commence at the Grant Street and Thom Street intersection.

Arriving from Melbourne (via Healesville)

Please turn right into Bailey Street and follow directions from event volunteers to join the truck queue.

Arriving from Yea, Seymour and Yarck

All truck arrivals are required to follow VicRoads OD Route 22 as signed. Event volunteers and directional signage will guide you to the appropriate queuing location on arrival.

Trailer Restrictions

To assist with traffic flow, safety and vehicle positioning on event day, trailers are not permitted within the Show Precinct unless prior approval has been arranged with the Committee.
