Our journey through the Indonesian archipelago has been nothing short of delicious. From the buzz of Kupang to the laid-back surf vibes of Rote, the untouched beauty of Sawu, and the wild magic of Rinca and Labuan Bajo; Each island has served up its own unique flavour.
Every stop has been a feast for the senses, and we’re savouring every moment.

🥣 MAKING YOGHURT ON BOARD AND LOVING IT
We’ve started making our own yoghurt on Culina II, and it’s honestly a game changer. We picked up the EASIYO yoghurt maker, which is super easy to use and has excellent results.
You can either:
✅ Use their packet mixes
✅ Or do what we do: save 4–5 tablespoons of yoghurt and mix it with powdered milk (saves heaps of space on board)
We started doing this because we’re heading to remote places where yoghurt might be hard to find. One batch takes overnight to set and lasts about 3 days, so we make two batches a week.
