Did you know your body has its own way of letting go of emotional stress — without necessarily needing to talk it all out?
In kinesiology, one of the gentle techniques we use to support this release is called Emotional Stress Diffusion (ESD).
Using light touch on specific points, ESD helps calm the nervous system and rebalance your mind-body connection — especially when emotions feel stuck, overwhelming, or hard to shift.
In sessions, I often use ESD when:
🗣️ You’re reading an affirmation
📖 You’re processing something unresolved from your past
🌱 You’re visualising the version of yourself you’re stepping into
It’s a subtle practice — but its effects often run deep. Clients will typically describe feeling calmer, clearer, more present… like their whole system just exhaled.
You don’t have to think your way out of stress. Sometimes the body just needs space to let it go.
