As we wrap up another financial year, the EDC team took a moment to celebrate — and what a year it’s been!
We’ve seen strong growth in both staff and projects, tackled new challenges, and continued to evolve as a team. With building extensions on the horizon, we’re excited about the future and the opportunities it brings to better support our clients and our people.
Our EOFY function was not just a chance to reflect, but also to relax, connect, and enjoy each other’s company. It was great to share the evening with such a passionate and committed team.
A big thanks to our clients and partners for your ongoing support. And a special mention to Variety - the Children's Charity WA for the incredible work they do — we’re proud to support such an important cause.

Pressure Vessels – Design Verification

Pressure equipment such as pressure vessels, heat exchangers, air receivers, carbon filter vessels, air/oil separators, condensers, and accumulators are subject to the Work Health and Safety (WHS) Act and Regulations in Australia. The design must be registered with the Regulatory Authority for those assessed as hazard level A, B, C, and D as per the criteria in AS 4343.
As part of the registration process, the pressure equipment design is required to be assessed by a qualified verifier for conformity with the relevant pressure vessel design standard such as AS 1210, ASME BPVC VIII Division 1 or 2, EN 13445, PD5500, etc.

EDC provides design verification and registration services for pressure vessel and heat exchanger design. Our team can help to verify and register the design with the Regulatory Authority, including preparing the verification calculations and general arrangement drawings if required for internal documentation.

🎄 Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays!

As we wrap up another incredible year, we want to take a moment to extend our heartfelt thanks to all of our amazing staff and valued clients for making 2024 a truly special year. Your hard work, dedication, and support have been essential to our success, and we couldn’t have done it without each and every one of you.

Last week, we had a blast at our Christmas party, where we enjoyed a team lunch followed by some friendly competition at the bowling alley. It was a wonderful way to celebrate the season and connect outside of the office. Congratulations to Jack who cracked 200 (217!!) and took home the annual trophy!

We also had our final Town Hall of the year, where we reflected on the many individual and collective achievements that have helped us grow as a company. It was a powerful reminder of how far we’ve come, and how much we’ve accomplished together.

Here’s to a well-deserved break and a bright start to 2025. We look forward to more successes, more growth, and more amazing moments together in the year ahead.
