April struggled with planning her workouts. π©
As a nurse it was important that the little time she could spare to go to the gym was being used effectively. β°
βI would spend hours in the gym wondering if what I was doing would get me the results I was after.β
April signed up to the SCSP Online Program, so that she could get a structured workout plan that she could do in her own time. π
By making use of the camera on her phone, I was able to assess the form of her main lifts, to make sure she was performing the lifts with correct form and the desired intent.
We also tracked the weight she was lifting, so we could see her strength improve each week.π

The key to success for April was support and consistency. Knowing that itβs okay if you miss a couple workouts and having someone there to encourage you on both good weeks and bad weeks. π
βI havenβt been able to be as consistent as I would have liked, but Scott has given me encouragement and support to do what I am capable of each day and not feel so guilty about not getting a full workout in.β
