Practical completion achieved at Skyfields! 🎉

RJV is proud to have completed our scope at Skyfields by Perth Airport - our first project with this new client. Located in the West South (Dunreath Green) precinct, the early works spanned approximately 26 hectares within the Airport Estate, preparing the site for future commercial and industrial development.

Our scope covered clearing and topsoil removal, processing and management of topsoil, removal of excess vegetation offsite, and site stabilisation. The precinct is now fully stabilised and ready for follow-on works.

Building on the recently announced new stages at the Claravale and Henley Brook residential estates, we're pleased to share that RJV has secured additional works across four more projects:
- Treeby North: BEW Stage 2 and Stage 3 Civil for Perron - commenced May
- Wellard Farms: Stage 1, Phase 2 BEW for Stockland - commenced May
- Bletchley Park: Stage VL6 for Urban Quarter - commencing June
- East of the Beach: Central Precinct Stage 3 for Prime Eglinton - commencing June

Congratulations to our crew at the Catalina Estate project for achieving a perfect result in client Satterley Property Group's annual WHS audit!

This is an exceptional outcome and a direct reflection of how well our HSEQ team and on-site crew continue to work seamlessly together to create a safe and productive working environment at one of our longest-running projects - we've been onsite since 2011, completing all bulk earth and civil works to date.

The team celebrated the achievement with a well-deserved BBQ lunch.
