𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
• Perform retail butchery duties including cutting, trimming, deboning, portioning, weighing, and preparing meat products to retail standards
• Produce value-added products such as sausages and burger patties, ensuring quality, consistency, and portion control
• Operate, clean, and maintain butchery equipment including slicers, mincers, bandsaws, and knives in line with safety procedures
• Handle, store, label, rotate, and display meat products correctly, following temperature control and FIFO requirements
• Maintain food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards across all work areas and equipment
• Work efficiently with minimal supervision, managing daily tasks and ensuring product quality and presentation.

• 5+ years' experience in high-quality face bricklaying and setting out work.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transport.
• Construction White Card required.
• Skilled in reading drawings and specs for materials and dimensions.
• Knowledge of workplace safety, including flashing and damp proofing..
