This Mitsubishi Express Van (4G63) had a misfire on cylinder 1, after a few tests we removed the cylinder head… check out that broken exhaust valve! We fitted a brand new cylinder head with timing belt, water pump and gaskets. Should be a good little camper van for years to come 😎

We weren’t going to share this, as he is quite a humble fellow. However, we couldn’t have done it without him so it’s worth a share. Has pride of place on our fridge!
